Circle 93 is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization established in July 2019 whose primary goal is to serve by engaging parents/students with FREE community-based programs, workshops, resource fairs, & college/career fairs. Circle 93 is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization established in July 2019 whose primary goal is to serve by engaging parents/students with FREE community-based programs, workshops, resource fairs, & college/career fairs. Circle 93 also believes in providing high school students with career and academic enrichment opportunities. Circle 93 will fund four scholarships – Virginia S Brown Scholarship, Jeanette Lowe Farmer Scholarship, Willie Lowe, Jr. Scholarship and Roger R. Brown Scholarship---each designed to provide financial support for students to participate in enrichment programs in nursing, social service, education, and business, respectively.
